Photography is available at a flat rate of $600 per hour. You can expect Everette to capture it all—candid moments, posed portraits, stunning details, and all the key highlights of your special day.
All photos will be professionally edited and delivered via an online gallery within 4–6 weeks, with sneak peeks sent to you within 3 days to relive the magic sooner.

This service ensures every key moment is professionally filmed to meet your needs. Please note that video coverage focuses on the creation of finished edits and does not include the delivery of raw, unedited footage unless specified otherwise.

Speech Coverage
Speech Coverage provides a full recording of every speech delivered during your wedding celebration, presented as its own separate video or collection of videos. Each speech is captured in its entirety with professionally recorded audio, ensuring every word is clear and preserved. Multiple camera angles highlight the speakers while also capturing the couple’s heartfelt reactions, adding depth and emotion to the final presentation. This service is perfect for reliving and sharing these meaningful moments with loved ones for years to come.
RAW FOOTAGE DELIVERY
Raw Footage Delivery provides all the unedited video files captured during your wedding day by every videographer on the team. Raw footage is exactly as it comes straight out of the camera, untouched and unprocessed, offering a complete and unfiltered look at your special day. This service is ideal for clients who want access to every recorded moment, from candid behind-the-scenes clips to alternate angles of key events. Please note that raw footage does not include color correction, audio balancing, or any of the polished enhancements featured in edited films—it’s a comprehensive archive of your wedding day in its most original form.

Travel Fees
An additional fee will apply for events located more than 50 miles outside the Hilo area.
Aerial Drone Footage
Drone coverage is available, subject to location restrictions.
